Seattle Photographer Heather Pearce has been actively photographing people for over fifteen years.  She provides her services throughout Washington and beyond, but does the bulk of her work in the Seattle and Walla Walla regions.  Those who know Heather can attest that she is hardly ever caught without a camera at her side.  Since age 10, when she purchased her first camera at a garage sale for one dollar, she has had a busy trigger finger and an ever-watchful eye.  While obtaining her undergraduate degree at Utah State University, she studied black and white photography during her senior year, and much to her chagrin, considered the possibility that she may have chosen the wrong major (Business Finance & Economics).  Heather could be caught in the dark room developing prints at all hours of the day and sometimes night, if the janitor hadn't yet kicked her out of the building. 

Though she went on to get her law degree at the University of Washington and begin her law practice in Seattle, she has continued to pursue her interests in photography to maintain a creative outlet outside of her "day job."  Over the years, she has been asked regularly to do wedding photography, engagement photos, family portraits, individual portraits, senior portraits, newborn and children's portraits, and portraits of expectant mothers.  Variety in subject matter, lighting, and setting makes each project new and exciting, and above all else, a joy to shoot.
